Peer Review is a practice that's common in many professional fields.  Make sure the photographer

When I do Special Projects for people, I've begun taking
advantage of Google's Picasa program and free web space.  
You're sure to enjoy some of the photos you find one any one of
the albums I've got posted here.  This is my latest addition to web
posted images and will give you some varied and exciting
examples of some of my most recent works.
